Accessibility Statement
We believe software for fitness, wellness, and trade organizations should be usable by everyone, regardless of ability or technology.
Our Commitment
MembershipSoft is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually measure and improve the user experience of our platforms—including our marketing pages, administrative portals, and member self-service interfaces—to align with standard accessibility guidelines.
We target compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Technical Standards & Measures
Our accessibility engineering standards include:
- Keyboard Navigation: All interactive elements, including custom widgets and dialogs, are operable via standard keyboard interactions.
- Screen Reader Compatibility: We enforce semantic HTML elements, explicit ARIA roles, labels, and live regions across Svelte 5 and Astro components.
- Color & Contrast: Visual designs maintain text contrast ratios of at least 4.5:1 for standard text and 3.0:1 for large text.
- Reduced Motion: Animated components respect
prefers-reduced-motionuser preferences. - Accessible Controls: Native component primitives (via
bits-ui) ensure built-in focus trap management and aria-modal states.
Continuous Audit & Verification
We integrate automated accessibility quality gates in our CI pipeline (using axe-core and custom Svelte/Astro ARIA parsers) to test component releases for missing attributes, focus rings, and contrast violations prior to deployment.
